Car-X Tire & Auto

Calvin was super polite and helpful in getting my spare tire put on right before the big rain storm. Then I followed him back to the store where the manager, Marc, was helpful in getting the flat tire replaced in addition to helping the other customers in the waiting room. He was an upbeat personality and treated everyone with respect. Overall it was a pleasant experience and would recommend it to others.

Brakes were screeching and stopped by Car X where Mark and his team of techs couldn’t have taken better care of me. Great service at a reasonable price and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend !

I brought my vehicle in for a window repair and paid $596. During service, the driver-side door panel was damaged and the shop acknowledged it would need replacement. A courtesy inspection performed during the visit (which I did not request) noted corrosion on the brake line. Immediately after leaving, my brake system failed and the vehicle became unsafe to drive due to a brake fluid leak. I barely made it home. I contacted the shop from home and was offered another inspection, but was also told I could be charged if they determined it was not their responsibility. Given the damage during service and the safety issue immediately after, I did not feel comfortable returning. I had the vehicle inspected and repaired at another shop at my own expense. I have also contacted corporate regarding this situation. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before using this location.

They have always been kind, patient, and understanding of the financial realities of the ‘average joe’. Was willing to work within my budget instead of trying to get me to spend the most money… a nice change from dealership repair shops. They fixed all warranted work after service with no hassle, and always diligent in checking over their work.

Mark and his crew are nothing less than AWESOME! I've never experienced customer service on a level that Mark provides! He made sure that my car had what it needed and he did it with an awesome sense of humor, a positive attitude, and his die hard work ethic. Thank you Mark for everything you did for us!
